Refund & Returns Policy
At Creating with the Girls, we take pride in our quilts' quality and craftsmanship, and our topmost priority is customer satisfaction. Below is our Refund and Returns Policy. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
Purchases of Ready-Made Quilts
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a ready-made quilt, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. The quilt must be returned in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment within ten business days. Please note return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Due to the personalized nature of custom quilts, they cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage you to clearly communicate your requirements and preferences during the design process to ensure the final product meets your expectations. If the final product is not made according to the agreed specifications, we commit to rectifying the issue. This could involve alterations or, in some cases, creating a new quilt. This will be at our discretion and done at no extra cost.
Refunds for quilting classes are available up to 14 days before class starts. If you cannot attend a class due to unforeseen circumstances, you can transfer your slot to another person, or we can move you to a future class, provided that we are informed at least seven days before the class starts. If we have to cancel a class, full refunds will be promptly issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within seven days of receipt. You can do this by emailing Creating with the Girls with your order number and detailed photos of the defect. Upon confirmation, we will arrange for a free return, refund you in full, offer a store credit, or replace the item, depending on your preference.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send the item back before receiving these instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
